Terms & Conditions
We like to keep things simple. Therefore we have the following terms & conditions in place:
All our services are subject to a meet & greet first. We will not walk any dogs we haven’t been able to meet, nor will we take any dogs on a group walk without introducing the pack first. We reserve the right to refuse any dog that is not suitable to walk with the group for either temperament or behavioural basis. Alternatives options will be discussed with the owner.
We understand that things change, therefore our cancellation policy is as simple as we can make it. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be chargeable.
Owners are responsible for ensuring that we are kept up to date with any changes to their dogs record, for example any medication requirements, dietary changes or behavioural issues. This will help us look after your dog to the best of our ability.
A dogs vaccinations must be up date to be able to be walked and we recommend regular flea and worming treatments are applied in line with your vets advice. Proof of vaccination will be required.
As you know, the UK weather can be unpredictable at best. I therefore reserve the right to cancel any walks or appointments due to the weather for the safety of both me and your pet. In the event of hot weather being unsuitable for a walk, I will instead ensure your pet has been checked on and has adequate water and a comfort break.
